For one of our clients, we carried out the internal swap of two pasteurisers in a limited technical space. Due to the limited accessibility and available lifting height, a customised lifting solution was chosen.

For this, we mounted a lifting beam structure to the existing ceiling beams. By using trolley and chain hoists, both machines could be moved and swapped in a controlled and precise manner, without having to open the room or deploy heavy external lifting equipment.

Thanks to careful preparation and the efforts of our experienced installation team, the swap was carried out efficiently and without disturbing the existing installations.
