Load tests
For the testing and certification of lifting equipment, structures and machinery, the use of test weights is an essential step. Move Industries offers calibrated test weights and additional auxiliary materials for a variety of applications, including transport and on-site assistance.
Rental of test weights
We hire out test weights from 10 kg to 5000 kg, ISO 17025-certified within class M1. The weights are fitted with lifting eyes and stackable from 200 kg upwards, making them flexible for different load tests. Thanks to our modular system, weights can easily be combined to achieve the desired load.
Transport and logistics support
In addition to rental, we also handle the transport of test weights using a wide range of vehicles, from vans to semi-trailers and semi-low loaders. Efficient loading and unloading allows tests to run smoothly, without unnecessary delays.
Resources and assistance
For moving, lifting and setting up test weights, we offer additional rental of forklift trucks, truck-mounted cranes, lifting frames and rigging materials, among others. If required, we support the lifting plan and execution of the test, with our experienced staff ensuring safe and well-considered execution.
Indoor test site
At our test site, lifting beams, spreaders, cranes and other systems can be tested. Here, we have the necessary test facilities, including overhead cranes and lifting gantries, to carry out load tests under controlled conditions. In addition, our test site is used for conditioned storage, assembly and indoor container warehousing.
